With Stairs & Ramps It's All About Angles...

Adjustable internal joiner is infinitely adjustable to fit any stair, ramp, or transition angle. RDI has a 12 year history as the nation's innovator in code compliant vinyl railing systems. This experience brings another industry first with our adjustable internal joiner (patent pending). Simply cut the rail to the de­sired angle using a miter saw, adjust the joiner to the proper angle, then glue in place. Accommodates angles from 0-900. Pre-bent fittings with other systems just don't work. No two stairs or ramps are alike, fittings preformed to a few selected angles make it impossible to accommodate every situation. With the Endurance^® continuous vinyl handrail system, code compliance is simple!

ADA compliant ramp rail is simple with Endurance^®. End loops, rail extensions, returns, and transitions are all easily installed on site with no special tools. Endurance^® continuous vinyl handrail can be mounted to any railing material, vinyl, wood, or steel.

Wall mounted handrail can be fab­ricated on site using a mitre saw and our adjustable joiner to create any continuous configuration.

Here a 90° wall return (EHRC15) is joined to two rail sections. Two internal joiners allow the rail to follow the wall and ramp configuration.

Note: Handrail depicted is not free ..~ standing & must be anchored to walls or guardrail using mounting bracket EHRB options. Space a maximum of 5' on center and as close as possible to both sides of any joint.

Detail photo at left shows a typical stair handrail bracket installation when mounted to an Endurance structural post. An additional set of post sleeve centering brackets (EPP601) were added to the post prior to installing the vinyl post sleeve. The post sleeve centering bracket provides support for the handrail bracket (EHRBH1) and provides backing material to receive the mounting screw
(not included).
